We stand behind the quality of our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will grant a one time only store credit to be used within one year when the product is returned within two weeks of the delivery date. Merchandise must be packed in original boxes, unworn and unused, with original tags still in place. The cost of return is to be covered by the customer. We reserve the right to decline a credit if the returned item does not fulfill these requirements.
Your CINER piece is a one-of-a-kind item which has been crafted specially for you in New York. Therefore, please allow up to five to ten business days after you have placed your order for your piece to be handmade in our design studio. After its creation, the item will be shipped and you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Apply caution when cleaning your Ciner pieces. Please only use plain water with a small amount of mild soap and a soft cloth. Please apply perfume and hairsprays prior to putting on your CINER jewels.
If a time comes when you need your Ciner piece repaired, please contact us with a detailed repair request at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once we have received your email, we will provide you with a Return for Repair Authorization Number. Please wait to receive this authorization number before returning your item back to CINER. The approximate repair time and possible cost will be advised after we receive and review the item. Please be sure to pack your return carefully to prevent any further damage. Please insure the package as CINER will not be held responsible for any returns lost in transit.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Paypal and Discover. No personal checks or money orders will be accepted. Cards issued by banks domiciled outside of the United States of America will not be accepted.
