We stand behind the quality of our products.

If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will grant a full refund within two weeks of delivery date.  Merchandise must be packed in original boxes unworn and unused with original tags still in place.
We withhold the right to deny a refund if item is not up to our standards of care. If item is a gift, include the gift receipt and you will be given up to 30 days to return said item.
Because we have full control over our NYC factory, we can take and place special orders. Special orders can be customized depending on the materials available. Any custom order piece will not be returnable.

Delivery Time: 
Your Ciner piece is a one-of-a-kind item, specially made in New York City.  Therefore, please wait approximately ten to fifteen business days, after you have placed your order, for your piece to be handmade in our design studio. After its creation, the item will be shipped and you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Care Instructions:
Apply caution when cleaning your Ciner pieces.  Please only use plain water with a small amount of mild soap and a soft cloth. Please apply perfume and hairsprays prior to putting on your Ciner jewels.
Repairs:
If you even need a piece repaired, you must include a detailed repair request to info@cinerny.com to receive a Return for Repair Authorization Number. Please wait to receive this authorization number before returning your item back to Ciner.  The approximate repair time will be advised after we receive and review the item. Please be sure to pack to return carefully to prevent any further damage and insure the package as Ciner will not be responsible for any returns lost in transit.
